  2. well its a good idea because the slower you eat the more youll know when your body is fuel. if you eat to fast your body takes a long time to know when your fuel. so eating slower is better and you process your foos much faster

  3. i think th idea is by eating slowly..u realize when u r full n thus eat less..however if u choose to continue eating whist in the knowledge u r full..then its not gonna make ne difference anyways..

You'll have more time for your stomach to register that you're full, but if you're full and continue eating, you can end up consuming as many calories as you would from wolfing the whole meal down right away anyways. So overall, it's less of an issue of how quickly you eat and more of an issue of how much control you have, whether or not you can tell yourself that you've eaten enough. Good luck. :)



  5. Loosing weight fast is always an unhealthy thing.

    There are many diets who tell you that you can loose a lot of weight in no time. And it is working, but you are doing no good to your body. And there's also the Jojo-effect.

    The best thing to loose and hold a healthy weight is healthy food, less sugar, lots of drinking water, and sports.

    Diet has to begin in your head. And you already started to think about your nutrition. That's an important step. It is too easy just to make a magazine-diet for 2-3 weeks and loose some weight. But it will come back soon again. If you are over-thinking your nutrition and activity, you will have a constantly good result. Isn't that much better and healthier than a crash-diet ?

  6. Eating slowly gives you time to digest and you feel full faster, it will help.  Also eat smaller portions on a smaller plate, healthy portions 5-6 times a day with 3 fruit snacks.  1/4 oz chicken/fish grilled or broiled, veggies, whole grains.  Stay away from junk and processed foods.  

  7. OMG yes!  If you're eating with a fork,  try putting your fork down between bites. It'll be weird and hard at first. But that way you can ENJOY your food. Same with a sandwhich. Put it down between bites and enjoy each bite.  That way, you will see that you will feel full halfway through, and therefore, eat half as much!!

    It takes your body 20 minutes to feel the fullness.So always stop when you feel content, not stuffed!

    So just try not shovelling it in, lol,  but eating slowly and enjoying your food. You will def lose weight!!
