  1. I don't think so because my periods are pretty regular and they're only 2-3 days long with no cramps or anything. I eat soy everyday.

  2. Well, I just did some searching and found some evidence both for and against the idea that soy intake increases the length of your cycle.  In any case, it wouldn't make you skip a period completely.  My best advice is see a doctor.  Also try posting in the women's health section if you haven't yet.

    =====

    Myth: Soy estrogens (isoflavones) are good for you.

    Truth: Soy isoflavones are phyto-endocrine disrupters. At dietary levels, they can prevent ovulation and stimulate the growth of cancer cells. Eating as little as 30 grams (about 4 tablespoons) of soy per day can result in hypothyroidism with symptoms of lethargy, constipation, weight gain and fatigue.

    =====

    Soy is also produced primarily by some of the worst companies in the world, like Monsanto, which alternates crops of soy and corn primarily for cattlefood.

    I will not eat soy in any significant amounts.
