Can eating uncooked canned spaghetti make you sick?

I usually eat like Chef boyardee from a can uncooked, can it make me sick?

I prefer it that way only I like ravioli perfectly safe.

Yes you can eat it straight out of the can, saves washing up, the same applies to Baked Beans and most canned foods.

Oh my gosh! The stuff is cooked! Eat it hot or cold..it's always yummy! You MUST try SPAGHETTI'OS if you think Chef is good! So awsome!
