will the electric flow run through wires if there is super glue on them?

  1. Describe the connection more. If there is super glue between two pieces of the wire, the current cannot cross the glue. If the glue is one the outside of one continuous strand, it will not affect the current. If you have a metal to metal connection, the current will flow just fine. But super glue itself is not a conductor.

    That said, If you are running an application that causes several thousand volts to flow through the wire, the glue may become a conductor. At very high voltages, especially AC, glue will allow current to pass through it (dielectric breakdown). Sometimes high-voltage current can also travel on the outside of the glue if it contains impurities.

    For all practical purposes, such as hobby electronics and home wiring, though, glue is not a conductor.
