I would think so, as they could even grip the little stick with their trunks!  As candy floss (as we call it in the UK) is basically sugar, I guess it would simply dissolve in their mouths, much as it does for us.

Can you imagine an elephant in a sugar rush?!!!

i would imagine so i mean come on. look how big they are :D clearly they could handle something so tiny as cotton candy. but hey then again they cant handle little mice. hooray for myth busters! :P
