Can enyone tell me if visa is need it for Canadians in Romania?

I'm pretty sure you need a visa.  It has been a while since I visited Romania (I'm an US citizen born in romania).  Last time I went,  it was in '95 and we were told that we don't have to get a visa here, they'll give us one right at the border crossing, which they did and it cost around $40 US dollars back then.  

My stupid romanian uncle was trying to bribe the border agents into letting us in without having to pay anything (Stupid old fashioned idiot who doesn't understand that it doesn't work that way now).  All we had to do was to pay the amount needed for the visa and we were done.  Instead, he was haggling with them forever over something that they had no control over.  The law says everybody has to pay the fee for the visa and they were just doing their job.  Once we paid, they stamped our passports and we were out of there in no time.  

Gosh I hate that part of my heritage.  All these old fools who are always trying to bribe everybody like we're still in the dark ages.

Canadian citizens can enter Romania without any visa and stay for 90 days.

Only if they want to stay more than 90 days they do need a visa.
