I'd be careful with that one.  Many people find euphorbia sap to be an irritant, even on unbroken skin, and some people have had severe reactions to it.  It's highly caustic. I lived in the tropics for many years and never heard of it as having any healing properties.  Most people avoided it.  Be careful handling it, and specially avoid contact around the eyes and mouth.
