It depends upon the captain. if that person does not get selected, then he doesn't play. its that simple

Usually the playing 11 gets to share the win bonus, however, some teams include all players in the squad while sharing the amount.

All the players who have signed up for the IPL, will be paid by their franchise, regardless of the fact they get selected in the final playing 11 or not !
