Can exercises help lift the breast muscle and make b***s firmer or is that just a myth?

i had 34D b***s when i was 17 and was slim but over the years to when i turned 19 i lost half a stone almost and went to a 32B but now im going on to 32C and cause i lost some weight my b***s are not as firm and im just wondering if theres any non medical ways i can help lift them abit and make them firmer.

  1. I'm not sure how much it will help, but it won't hurt to work out the muscles in your chest, that my help to make them look a bit perkier.  You can also try breast massage.
