  2. there is no way to lower your perscription. your eyesight depends on age, whether or not your eyes are perfect spheres, and whether or not the internal parts of your eyes are in perfect position. a lot of these problems are actually there at birth but in most cases they are so mild that they dont show up until later. your growth patterns also affect your eyesight so people who have stopped growing dont usually have eyesights that get worse as rapidly as a young persons would.

  3. Exercising your eyes helps to correct some conditions such as stravism. For instance, you could follow an object with your eyes or focus your sight at the horizon. Nevertheless, it will not improve your eyesight.

  4. Yes they work!

I was seeing very blurry and got some prescription glasses but was told that my eyesight was just going to get worse and worse and I would need stronger and stronger glasses as I got older. I didn't like the idea, so I started eye exercises, after 1 month, I passed my driver's license with no eye glasses.

Now I'm 38 and I am not wearing glasses (or contacts) and don't need them.

    Go on Amazon (http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_ss_gw/105...

they have a number of options and lots of reviews.

The program I followed is old and I'm not finding it anymore, but I'm sure what they offer follow the same principles.

If you want more info before buying, e-mail me.

Be aware, that these exercises cause headaches for the first few days but stop after a week. That's because you're going to be using muscles you don't normally use, just like if you were starting going to the gym.

Note: people who answered "no", have you tried??? of course not, so go and try for a month and come back.... It absolutely worked for me, that's a fact.

  5. Well, I have astigmatism in my right eye, and my doctor told me to do eye exercises. My prescription DID actually get a bit better, but not by much, so I don't know if that had anything to do with it. Ever thought about Lasik?

  6. No if you have bad eyes you have bad eyes...you need glasses or contacts..and you will for the rest of your life...eyes only get worse...or stay the same.

S007 your eyes probably weren't going to be bad to begin with...I have no idea but i know when your as blind as i am no little eye exercises are going to work...LOL and its not like its the end of the world...i wear contacts and i find it no hassle what so ever....Im not a baby about such a small thing... i realize things could be alot worse..
