  1. Yes, but you have to do them for  sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo... long. You can improve very little at a time. Like if you are 20/40, it might take days just to get to 20/39. I swear they work. If you cry, then let the tears stay in your eye for a long time because they help your vision.

  2. eye excercises relaxes the muscles around the eyes so it wouldnt strain as much and affect your eyesight...tyr not to stare at the tv or computer for too long at a time, close or stare at a far away distance to relax your eyes...

  3. Your eyesight is determined by the shape of the front of your eye and/or the length of your eye.  There are no exercises that will change these.  Sorry.

  4. I don't know if eye exercises actually work, but I started doing them for like 5 days. Then it was my check up at the opticians. Normally I always need new glasses every time I need a check up. But this time my eye sight stayed the same. It was kind of a happy moment for me, but I still want my eye sight to get BETTER. So im gonna carry on doing it and see what I get.

From what I've heard, it does help.

  5. No exercises have ever been shown to reverse your need for glasses.
