Can eye lids fold up?

I have big double lid eyes and it is strange that sometimes when I don't get enough sleep, my eye lids fold. You then see the double lid part on the side. When I get my full sleep, my eyes are double lid again.

I know some people who have uneven eye lids due to lack of sleep. Both of my eye lids just fold if I don't have enough sleep. So is this normal?

MIne do the same thing, if I put eye cream on that I'm allergic to or due to lack of sleep. I think it's because of fluid accumulation and swelling.
