No, they cannot see when you last logged in, but they can estimate the time based on the activity in your news feed. Disable the news feed to prevent this.

No you can not.  The only thing they can see is when you are online and  when you completed some sort of task such as posting on someones wall.

Facebook friends can only see the things you do, not the places you go. So if you add a new item, comment a picture, or write on someone's wall they can see. I nice feature now is that you can actually hide when you're online so if you don't want to chat no one can see you. I like it, because it allows me to spy on people without having to talk to people i don't like. :)
