Can falling on your bike cause any damage?

i fell several times trying a trick on a ramp and i was wondering if it could do any damage to my bike?

I have seen hundreds of crash & burn videos, and all the bikes looked like they came off the show room floor.

I would think your sled should appear almost new after 20 or 30 crashes.

yes.....

some bikes are even prone to 'mystery damage' where they won't run right, but you've tried everything and still can't figure it out....
