There's a reason them people in the commercials are always sniffing it and get a big smile on their face.

On a more serious note, no I don't think so, it might just be you.

Supposedly it does, but limit your exposure especially since you are affected. It can lead to problems, such as sudden and acute shortness of breath, where you feel like you are going to die (not joking).
