Can female budgies talk???

no... males are usually the ones that can talk and sometimes you can't even get them to talk. Their is a small chance you can get a female to talk and to do that you can not have any other birds in the cage with it. I tried to get my female budgie to talk and I failed miserably....

Males are more known for their ability to talk, but there are females who manage to speak their minds!!!! kjl

not as much as males..males have the more strong vocal cords...when they do talk though they sound like a tape recorder..if you want any chance of your female budgie to talk than have it the only bird and no mirrors or items that make it see another bird.. hope this helps!!

Yes female budgies can talk. but males are the easiest to teach to talk....but yes females can talk.
