There seems to be a bit of conflicting evidence, but most researchers/vets belive that no, ferrets cannot get feline leukemia.  There have been cases where they've tested positive, but research shows that this was probably because of other aspects causing false positives than the actual virus.  They are susceptible to other similar diseases, but probably not to FeLV.  I hope that helps!!
