If this is your only debt, you don't give much information, you may need to review your income and debts and cut back on some things so you can pay these bills. Filing a bankruptcy is a Last Resort if you cannot pay your debts on your own, and the debt should be substantial enough to warrant filing a bankruptcy seeing the bankruptcy filing will cost you anywhere from 800.00 to 1500.00 to file................
