I leased a car on a four year term but have been unable to make the monthly payments. I haven't made payments in 8 months and relocated to another state. I left no forwarding contact information and have not driven the car at all. I know the repo people are after me. Other than garnishing my pay (if and when they catch up with me) are they considering the car stolen? My lease is up in 2009. I'm scared to turn it in because I know they will immediately try to garnish my little check.

  1. If you don't use the car, just call and tell them where a customer is hiding the car,  or you can rtn it to the dealership  and call from a pay phone that the car has been rtnd and then hang up. make sure you leave the keys.
