If you stole your mom's identity, can the fines be dropped if you are caught

Only if she doesn't want to prosecute.  However, even if she decides not to prosecute, what will more than likely happen is the state will pick up the charges.  If the state prosecutors office feels that they have enough evidence without the help of your mom, they will press charges.  Getting it dismissed is unlikely.  Just being honest.

  3. If you steal the identity of ANYONE...you need to get 50 years in prision with NO food or water.
