Can flashbangs be seen through water??

if ur underwater with goggles and you look up to see out of the water and you see a flashbang and it explodes before it hits the water, can u be flashed?

Flashbangs aren't the massively powerful things you see in movies and video games. They have significantly more bang than flash, and unless you were in a dark room your vision wouldn't be affected greatly even if you were looking at it.

In short, at night yes. During the day, no effect.
