  1. Yes  .

    There are many plants that have more than one ovary .

    In such a case there are two possibilities .

    1 ) All the ovaries fuse and form a single but a composite ovary . Thus the ovary is outwardly one but has many compartments inside .

    Each compartment ( Chamber or loculus ) represents a fusing ovary .

    Excellent example is Tomato fruit ( which is , incidentally a mature ovary .)

    2 ) All the ovaries retain their independece and can be easily identified -
