Can fluid cause this??!?

Question

Can fluid in the pelvis and one sightly lareger ovary(right) cause external pelvic pain on the left side and discharge???

What can cause pelvic pain that comes an goes in someone BESIDES preganacy and the act that leads to pregnancy ???

I'm a virgin so it can't be a std or something

A ct scan showed i had this fluid...nvr been to the gyn before but i do have an ultrasound coming up.

It sounds like a ruptured ovarian cyst to me.  I have suffered and continue to suffer from these.  They are no walk in the park!  The fluid will cause irritation in your lower abdomen as it reabsorbs back into your body.  Talk to your doctor about possible treatment options.  I wish you luck!!!
