Can forceps and vacuum suction during birth cause a sub arachnoid cyst to the babies brain?

my son at age 14 had a cat scan of his head done for headaches, this was done in the ER. the report showed a sub arachnoid cyst. they told me it was probobly a birth defect and referred us to a nuero doc that we see in 2 weeks. during my delivery of him during childbirth, they used forceps and vacuum suction. could that have caused this?

When my neice was born forceps were used and theres nothing wrong with her. As well as both me and my sis when we were born forcepts were used. Im 21 and shes 20 and theres nothing wrong. So no I dont think it can cause that.
