Can foreigners study midwifery in the UK without paying?

I read that people who study to be a midwife in UK don't have to pay the education and get living expenses funded. Is this true? Also for foreigners?

Yeah this is true. For foreigners too. The living expenses aren't much though...about £530. But can't complain really, at least the course is free and we get some money.
