if yes, they can still be exchanged to February /17 / 2012 only in the Banque de France"

End of exchange "French Francs" :

    17 février 2012 :  50 Francs Saint Exupery

    17 février 2012 :  20 Francs Debussy

  3. sorrry no - donate them to oxfam or similar where they can be sold to collectors (not worth doing it yourself)

  4. Yes you can exchange them during 10 years after 2002, but you unfortunately need to go to the Banque de France in Paris or to any of the banque de France office (http://www.banque-france.fr/gb/instit/hi... :

It also depends of the version

If it is a blue one, it is exchangeable until 17th february 2012. Otherwise, it is too late.

You can use the following solution to exchange your french banknotes :

    by registered mail to :

    Banque de France

    Caisse Générale

    - Service 18 -

    10, Boulevard Duclaux

    63407 Chamalières Cedex

    France

    - registered mail can only include redeemable banknotes (no coins allowed), - up to 5000€, - exchange against euro banknotes only, - the amount in rounded at the lower 5€ unit,
