Can frosting with gelatin and egg white be frozen?

I have a tea party to host and would like to ice, petit fours ahead of time.

I wouldn't freeze that type icing. I have tried it and it doesn't come out so really good looking. it weeps!

If this is only for like a week, you can stash it in the fridge, but it is likely to weep then too.

you might go to recipezaar.com and find a different icing recipe that would be more freezer friendly.
