Full fat milk is the best. Fat free milk has added powdered milk. That adds milk sugar and oxidized cholesterol. Oxidized is the only cholesterol that you have to avoid. Most real experts will tell you not to drink any milk unless it is raw. It is very hard to find fresh organic raw milk. Saturated fat is not the cause of cholesterol and cholesterol is not the cause of heart disease.
