  1. yes they can put up for adoption.

  2. I don't know what you mean by genetically deformed, but some people adopt kids with severe disabilities.  My dad knows a couple who adopted seven kids with disabilities, and they treat them well.

  3. Any child born can be adopted.

  4. Yes, in fact many children in the foster care system have special needs that are related to a genetic problem.

  5. Any baby can be put up for adoption doesn't mean they will be adopted.  Look at any adoption site that has photographs and their is your proof.

  6. Why wouldn't they be able to?

  7. yes they can. Probably you should look on special needs kids. There was something on the news last week or so about an American service man who adopted a special needs child from Iran. It was on CBS

  8. special needs children or diabled children are adopted out.including those with physical deformities.http://www.childwelfare.gov/adoption/fos...

    http://www.adoption.org.uk/information/a...

    check these sites.

  9. Why do you want a baby that is deformed up for adoption?  ALLAH(SWT) obviously gave you a deformed baby to love and take care of.  Not all babies are perfect.  Remember the baby could be deformed because you did something while you were pregnant or it could be genes that make the baby deformed.  Yes you can put the baby up for adoption though it will probably be in the foster care system for the rest of it's life and it will wonder why it's parents' didn't love and want it.

  10. Yes

  11. Of course the answer is yes....but in order to help you on your paper here is what I suggest.  First try researching "special needs adoption", that is what state and private adoptions agencies are going to call what you're looking for.  Also trying calling your state adoption unit.  The number should be in the blue pages of your telephone directory.  Want to compare states (and you should because the laws are different) the number to the adoption exchange in Georgia is 404-657-9498.  I've adopted two children and the people at the office are very helpful.  Also contact private adoption agencies.  Adoption agencies are always trying to educate people on special needs adoption and would be willing (they should be willing) to help you.  That's all I know.  Hope it helps.
