Can gerbils remember their owner?

Well, i think that if they really like you and you really pay attention to them that they will remember you. Because once in a while they will get so used to you that they wont be scared when you try to hold them.

they can if tamed they can pik up ur scent again that way they know who u r they  can love back infact they can get as loving as rats by sitting on your shoulder and lap and stuff like that my fav rodent is a gerbil i love them check  this site its about gerbils

As a matter of fact, gerbles CAN remember their owners. They pick up your smell and remember you that way. And yes, gerbles can love back, they are very friendly animals, and as long as you love them, they will love you.
