yeah if you bleach it but you have to strip the color first which hurts like h**l i've seen it done...

Yes, but you have to bleach your hair first...otherwise the color won't come out right.

Yes it hurt very bad and you have to bleach you hair  i was going to have it done but in the middle it hurt to much and i had to stop (the bleaching is the part that hurts the most)
