Can get pregnant after a misscarriage?

just found out ive misscarried after only finding out 3 days ago that i was pregnant is it poosible i can still get pregnant an if so how soon

I was told after I miscarried to not have s*x for 4 weeks, I had to have a DNC. they said if I do the chances of getting pregnant are really high. I was young back then and didnt want to get pregnant again.

You can still become pregnant and it is possible to become pregnant with the same chances as before the miscarriage

You can technically get pregnant after your next biological mensturation cycle.

Unless your miscarrriage was brought about by having damaged or unhealthy reproductive organs then provided you take care and live healthily there is no normal reason you should have problems.

I believe you must wait three months or three weeks after miscarriage. I'm not exactly sure. Consult a doctor and they will be able to help.

Yes, luckily it's possible. Although there have been known for certain women to continue with many miscarriages until they finally give birth to a healthy baby, some don't. But most women if miscarriage happened for any reason, have had many children with little or no health problems afterwards, it's especially if it's your first born, most women just naturally don't have an easy birth. I'm not sure if there is physical status affecting when you should try again though, but I've met 2 women in person and one waited 7 months and the other something like a year. Although I think they were mainly too depressed. But sometimes there can be something wrong with you or/and the father so you might want to both get tested.

i waited for 1 period then started right away and got pregnant right away x i am so sorry for your loss i just found out then 1 week later i miscarried it was hard to deal with but you just have to get on with life i wish you all the best and hope you get your little bundle of joy soon x Good Luck and Lots of Baby Dust Your Way xx

Yes, I had a misscarriage and about a week later (best guess), I was pregnant again with twins!  They are six now, so I guess it worked ; )

yes, i was told you cant get preg for 3 wks as you don't ovulate. it took me 2 months.. good luck.

i had a miscarriage end of june after the doctor confirmed my pregnancy a week earlier. i was 8 weeks along.

i got pregnant around about 4 days! after the bleeding finished, apparently youare more fertile after a miscarriage... i didn't know that

everything seems to be ok so far (touch wood!) and i't doesn't make a difference if you have a period before you get pregnant again. my doc said that is only to work out when you conceived etc. and in my opinion that's what scans are for!

as long as you mentally and physically feel up to it, there is no problem with ttc straight away...

Edit: i chose not to go into hospital when i had the miscarriage and passed everything naturally, i'm not sure what you did or if that might effect when you can try again. you could speak to your doctor about that.  again good luck =D

yes you can get pregnant straight away it is easier to get pregnant after having a baby or miscarriage but its not advisable as your body needs time to sort its self out talk to your doctor and he may be able to find out what caused the miscarriage and prevent it from happening  again good luck

Yes it is possible to still get pregnant, I don't know a single woman who has not had a miscarriage in their life. I was told to wait 3-6 months before trying to get pregnant again to allow adequate time for your body to heal.
