Can getting a car in "sunburst orange pearl" (orange) make your insurance go up???

im getting a dodge avenger but i would like to get it in orange, but im not if the price of insurance will go up. i know that they say if it's red it goes up, well what about orange???

I know people in the insurance industry, let me tell you your right now, the red color thing is a myth. Color of your car doesn't have anything to do with the insurance. So get it in red or get it in sunburst orange pearl, it won't matter, the color won't affect your car insurance.

It all depends on your age, the car, driving record, job, credit, male/female, etc
