  1. Technically, all spiders can bite but it has to be pretty big to get through human skin.  Very few UK species can do any damage, though a very large tree spider might draw blood in the extremely unlikely event that one got onto your skin.

  2. i think i heard this on that cbbc programme "wild thing"  or something like that it was called. anyway apparently all house hold spiders in the uk are poisonous but non have sufficient fangs for breaking through human skin.

i dont think its spiders you need to worry about especialy since they eat some of the bugs that will bother you.

  3. They can, but they are not poisonous.  Spiders normally only sting humans if you threaten their nest.

  4. uurgh - get your hoover out quick

yes, they bite  - (once saw my sisters dog get bit by one, it's mouth swelled like a balloon....)

  5. God I hate spiders squash squash squash

  6. Almost all spiders can bite but some can only break the skin if there is a wound on you! As for the monsters you better call an exterminator.

  7. Watch out for the small ones that cawl over your face.....laying eggs ....that when hatch .....eat you from the inside(happy dreams)

  8. Yes they can!

I had one nestling down the leg of my Levi's, when I went to pull them on it stuck something incredibly painful into my thigh!

It felt like a jab at the doctors, when I investigated I found a small house spider and it had drawn blood.

  9. (UK) they can, but wont be able to Pierce human skin fully and draw blood, just like all spiders carry venom but few are potent enough to do damage to humans, in fact no spider in the UK is venomous enough to kill humans/ do damage, [unless one hitches a ride on a immigrant], but house spiders are veery useful they kill flies, and smaller insects, but it doesn't really matter how useful they are, they are stilll creepy and are killed on sight in my house

  10. ewww i'd move out
