Can girl who is having her ' Monthly's ' using tampons, go swimming, I have said they can am I right

  9. There should be no problem for you to enjoy any activity and that includes swimming as well. I have some dive buddies that are ladies and they tell me that swimming (or diving) actually reduces the cramping that some girls have.

    Go for it and don't worry about things, relax and enjoy !!!

  10. that's why we have tampons, silly! Swimming is good gentle exercise, too.

    she just needs to be aware that if the pool's cold, she might get bad cramps and want to get out again.

  15. of course you can. they have playtex sports and others made for that. and a heads up...the flow stops when you get into the water. Just be careful when you get out of the water, because the pressure of the water is no longer there, and the flow will begin again
