Well i think men who have no hair at all in their bodies may have less testerone than some women who have a little bit more.

it is possible but rare. it is a hormonal irregularity and usually requires some type of treatment by a medical professional

Healthy girls - NO. For example, in PCOS (see below) testosterone could be high but never more than men. During some tumors - testosterone can be very-very high.

No. But they can have too much. In such cases they should probably go ahead and get on birth control to straighten out the issue. They'll grow hair on their face, won't be able to ever have kids and might even start losing the hair on the top of their head! About a year of birth control will regulate it back in place. no. but women can be sensitive to testosterone surges. hence the term 'hirsutism' (overgrowth of hair- more prominent in face). It could be grouped to a syndrome called Polycystic Ovarian syndrome. It's caused by overproduction of male hormones by females, aggrevated by insulin resistance. The effect would be infertility, obesity, decreased menstruation, hirsutism.
