  1. no it can't because global warming causes heat, global warming is heating glaciers

Yes, when the ice in the polar caps melts it changes the salinity of the water which can cause the currents in the ocean to change or even stop.  That would have a cooling effect near the polls which would create more ice and the ice would reflect more and more sunlight eventually causing a ice age.

  3. yes. but no worry about that. that process takes hundreds or tens of millions to happen. the temperature of the earth is actually in a cycle. we are in the stage that temperature goes up. carbon dioxide is barely one of factors in global warming.

  4. I don't think so. But perhaps thousands of years from now....
