NO  UNLESS YOU WANT A DEAD GOLDFISH I WOULDN'T DO THAT

I doubt it. The gills will have a lot of trouble filtering out the oxygen in the water before they are damaged by the sugar/flavoring in the water.

It would die, fairly quickly. The chemicals and flavouring within the drink would suffocate it.

If that is all you have it is better then none If you have regular water USE THAT!

I don't think a goldfish can live in flavoured water because it will be counted as polluted water.
