Can gram positive cocci grow on EMB?

I was working up a urine unknown and had a gram positive cocci that I have identified as Staph saprophyticus. 5 days later I looked back at my EMB plate which previously had no growth and I now have some pink medium sized colonies. I did a gram stain and they are gram positive. Is this possible? Are there some gram postitive organisms that will eventually grow on EMB?

I also had Gram positive on EMB, identified as Staphylococcus lugdenensis. The pink may only be because of the EMB. Mine was white on TSA agar, but pink on EMB.
