Can guinea pigs recognize faces?

I have a guinea pig and sometimes I wonder if it remembers me. I always feed it and care for it, but I do have other family members.

No, most rodents can not see very well, however if they do remember you, it is because of your scent. Hope this Helps!!!=)

Guinea pigs actually have good vision. They even can see color! I'm sure they can recognize you. I will walk into the room where their cage is and once they see me the start running around like they are happy. They can remember you. They are not that stupid!

Guinea pigs are partially blind anyway if you didn't no that.

But if all your family hold and care for the guinea pig then they will get to no you and they will trust you all they will remember your scent and the way you hold them then they will get to no you and love you.

So they can't really see you but remember you how you act and such.

maybe ,,maybe not  they have poor eyesite but they mite be able to see ur face

I don't think so. He might recognize your face to a certain extent, but he would probably recognize your scent, not your face.
