A great many guys realize that something is being released, but believe it or not, some guys just don't seem to release any pre-***.I must admit that I haven't felt that it was any of my business to ask patients about this phenomenon. Some guys get so stimulated by erotic thoughts that they will soak right thro' their underwear. In my experience the more vivid the image the more pre-coital fluid will be released.
