Can half filipino/spanish celebrate quinceanera?

I'm really half filipino and spanish not because philippines were founded by spanish people no. I mean my heritage is spanish and filipino both my parents are filipino and spanish.

quinceanera are celebrated when she is 15.

philippine debut are celebrated when she is 18.

so can i do both?

  1. I'm half-Spanish too & we in our family practice more Hispanic customs & celebrate and enjoy parties in Hispanic way than Filipino. We dance instead of singing in videokes, when I was a kid, we had special tradition on the eve of 7 January (aka feast of Three Kings) wherein we believed that the 3 kings will stop by our houses to give gifts.  However I only had a 18th birthday debut. I agree on the other respondent, quinceanera only celebrated in latin america & not in spain. But you know that really depends on you.  If you feel like celebrating it alongside the debut, feel free.
