  1. yes i imagine you could so long as no dirt or other impurities get into it as far as c30 is concerned  i really dont know how much you need , i havent heard of anyone doing this before but if youve got a system it sounds like great idea

    um... ballpark maybe 100 gallons

  3. Yes of course it can, it is common practice for us to use collected rain water, but I don't think it is generally.

    There is no way of telling how much water you will need it depends on how dry the sand is to start with and how wet you need your final mix.

Any water can be used in concrete mixes... it should be clear, not muddy or it will affect the color of the concrete.  You should add water slowly until it is the consistency of thick mud... just thin enough it will pour.  There are precise instructions on each bag, but most people just go by sight and  feel when mixing.
