  1. I know that if I won a millions dollars, it wouldn't make me any more happier than I am now.  If I won a million, I would give it all back.  The only thing that can make me happy, is me.  Hope I helped.  :)

  2. If it ever happens to me, I'll let you know.  My guess would be though that if I'm going to be unhappy, I'd rather be rich and unhappy because being poor certainly doesn't guarantee happiness - it never did.

  3. ppl who have TOO much money are more likely to have problems than an average person and after achieving millions of dollars they feel like uuuhh I achieved what I wanted so let's blow it!!like the so called Britney Spears...but that does not apply to all some ppl tend to make useful things of their money....and there is a specific say in the holy Quran that says (in Arabic) that ppl would go crazy if the go rich..

and thank god for his mighty book..

  4. When I was always short of money I could never understand anyone who said that money wasn't everything, and your health was more important.  Now my views in  later life have been changed entirely after living for more years than I could imagine, and still feel 30 years younger, and have like you say, enough,

with a bit over, I couldn't be happier if I had millions, I wouldn't know what to do with the rest of it after I had provided a carefree life for my family for the rest of their lives.

  5. money can never bring happiness for you. it is necessary for your life but cannot give happiness.

  6. Of course NOT.      Although money BRINGS some HAPPINESS ( Even health can be improved in the majority of times) , it does not MAKE YOU HAPPY.

I know alot of rich people( very rich) that are not happy. I actually have a case of suicide in my family.  Happiness is something we can improve, something we must learn to recognize...something that is not so obvious as it might seam.

I'm not a "spiritual" person, I just found out (recently) that we live our lifes pursuing something that was wrong from the beginning.....wrong perception of some ideas. Sometimes we find the truth...others we don't. I'm glad I found some of them.

    Good luck to you.

    All the best.

  7. At a certain point, too much money is as much a trap as too little money - it's just a better-equipped cage.

  8. Numerous studies have shown that those who win the lottery usually lead fairly miserable lives after they cash in their winnings.  Friends and other family members become estranged as the winners move into a new bourgeoise lifestyle, but bourgeoise neighbours may not appreciate their formerly blue/white collar peers.

Many lottery winners also tend to end up in debt rather quickly, as many of them lack the proper financing skills to manage their funds, or their remaining family and friends expect them to foot the bill every time ("Hey you're rich now!")

Honestly, money isn't everything! Conspicuous consumption doesn't make you happy either.  It simply fills a void in your life temporarily.  What does matter is doing something meaningful with your life before your time is up!

  9. One can never have enough millions, if that is truly what they want.  The more one has, the more he wants!  It is never-ending.  but, with everything that is gained, a sacrifice comes with it.  How much is it worth to you?  What are you willing to sacrifice to have what you want?  When is enough;  enough?  And then there is always 'the plastic card'!  What you can't afford, just buy it on 'credit'!  Where does it all end?

When it comes down to the nitty-gritty, we can donate to the poor, 80% of what we think we can't live without!  And...live quite comfortably.
