Question:

Can having regular intercourse help regulate a woman's cycle?

I never thought about it before but I just heard it from someone and noticed my cycles were in the "normal" range when I lived with my now hubby (before he left for military training) and once I went back to not "getting it" daily my cycles went back to being longer than normal. So does it really have that much of a difference?

  1. I wondered the same thing. because before I became sexually active, my period would come every month and a half to two months, then when I became active it comes every month on time. I really don't know, I don't think there is any research on it as of yet. maybe having intercourse just makes you happier and less stressed so your hormones are doing better. so it wouldn't be intercourse necessarily  that makes your cycle regular, but just sheer happiness and good health from being with your hubby. I don't know. that's my two cents.
