Can heavy b*****s cause chest pain?

i have very big and heavy b*****s, and i got out of the shower and hadn't put on a bra yet. i sat slouched on the couch for a bit, and when i got up i felt a tightness in the middle of my chest (breastbone). it wasn't a continuous pain, only when i moved in certain positions. what could this be?
