  1. yes, but that is a rather costly thing to add to your tires.  If you are wanting to my them "lighter", then the volume is not enough in the tubes to do anything.  Myth busters did a part on filling a football, results are the same as using air.


  2. Yes, but it doesn't make any sense.  It costs a lot more than air, doesn't do anything to help tire performance, and it would leak out faster than air because helium molecules are smaller than oxygen and nitrogen molecules.

  3. Sure, but it's not clear to me why you would want to do that, when you could just use air.  It's not going to make your bike any lighter or faster.
