Can help me about what to do after having IGCSE certificate?

Question

Now im in indonesia, n i went to a school which offers O level, and im secondary 4, going to have my o level exam next month.

Then in my school, they offer A level too. But i don't want.

I want to study oversea, to other country. Like if i want to go to America or Australia, where am i going to be if im an O level graduate, i mean, where i will be accepted if im holding an O level certificate???

Is it college?or is it university?And college is same as like what?Is college and holding O level certificate is the same??And whats about foundation or high school?Are they the same?

u hv to do A level or foundation or IB if u want to enter uni in aust / usa.  foundation is shorter than A lvl. some uni offer this.  u hv to google and get info

in british based system like uk, aust, singapore, college is like high school - A lvl or IB.  

in usa college is same as university
