Can herbal medicine really work for my case?

I have been diagnosed with Pituitary Tumor (brain tumor). I am seeing a doctor who practices herbal medicine. My mom and sister have benefited from this type of medicine and feel great. However, they have gone in for minor problems such as cough etc.. I have a tumor. he prescribed these herbs which I am taking. It's been 4 days, and I don't feel any different. Infact, I'm loosing sight on my left eye and headaches now come and go whereas before it was constant. However, my headaches, when they come, they are painful. Can this type of medicine work for this type of problem?(brain tumor)

Ayurveda has herbal medicines to treat tumors on glands too.

Unfortunately, the latest medicines are available only in India, and there is a special hospital at Valsad, Gujarat where tumors of all type get treated. You may see these postings at the link provided.

If you don't think it will work, it won't work. It's that way for allopathic (western) medicine, and it's that way for herbal traditional medicine.

I do agree that ayurvedic or chinese herbal medicine may be best suited for your situation. You may also wish to check out ways to fix your acid/alkaline balance. Raw foods are the best way I know of, but don't listen to those who say that vegan/vegetarianism is the only way to go because it isn't. I would check out books by Carol Alt and Sally Fallon, as well as the books by the better known vegan raw foodists like Karen Knowler (she's also on youtube) and the Boutenkos. The Boutenkos cured all of their major health problems with raw foods.

I say you should first try to detoxify your system by going 100% raw for a few months and then work back to about 60-70% from there gradually. A 100% raw diet is not good for you, no matter what some may say. 60-80% is better.

Raw foods and nutrition may sound like a stupid solution to your problem, but it's one of the only ones that may actually work for your situation. If your body as a whole is unhealthy, no 'cure' is going to work for you.

Also keep in mind the effect of a 'healing crisis'. This is the darkness before the dawn where you feel worse before you get better.

So to recap, an effective treatment for you would be:

1) positive attitude and the knowledge that YOUR will is stronger than the tumor's will

2) herbal supplements as proscribed

3) better nutrition/detoxification

You may also want to stop using cell phones, which have shown to cause cancer of the brain. You can check that out online.
