Can horseradish (moringa oleifera) or malunggay in the Philippines be fermented?

i and my partner have an IP title: the potential of horseradis as wine. now i seem cannot find any details that horseradish or malunggay can be fermented. if ever horseradish can be fermented, may I ask why did say so? thank you. Or if you're not sure, may I ask if there are wines made out of vegetables? i will be very glad if someone answer this question.
